Color of Sun Rise

For me, nothing beats a sunrise on the beach. This was taken about 6:30am at Amelia Island Florida. Looking at this I can hear the sound of the waves crashing in front of me as my feet sink slowly into the sand below. The sand fleas and donax scurry down in the surf. The smell of the salt air as it blows gently inland. The hope of the 'big catch' springs eternal as a new day begins to break over the eastern horizon!

Picking Paint Colors Should Take Less Time Than Raising a Child!

We are now close to the one year mark. However, good news is that we finally picked colors for our house. Ironically they are green (siding), white (trim), and brown (gutters). My better half will certainly correct me in a later post as to the accurate colors (and manufacturers of said paint) with the 'foo foo' names that I cannot for the life of me remember or seem to comprehend.  Mauve? Briarwood?


OK. Now you understand this is really not my blog but a 'test' for my wife. I'm just the technical help to get this up and running. Where it goes from there we will see. Stay tuned.
